Low cp in healthy populations?

Hello!

While coaching an active, young group (ages between 25-30, physically active and health conscious) that while their MCP is low (between 12-20) and evening CP somewhat higher (20 ish), they don´t manifest evident symptoms of disease (what has been reported most is tiredness and non restorative sleep). Also, in comparison to the health tables and their usual characterization, they don´t identify with the 10-20 cp range (using medication, dificulty to perform physical activity with nose breathing, etc).

Also, disease and health tables, seem to be made around clinical populations that are consulting for a specific disease, which is not the case when working with non clinical populations. Are these tables representative of every population?

Does low cp always entail the presencia of diseases they are not reporting?
Or is it possible to have low cp and perhaps no manifest diseases.

I´ve taken this to mean that their respiratory efficiency is low, and that this is a "disease state" in the same way an asymptomatic hypertension is a disease state which predisposes to more serious disease.

In other words, if there is disease, then cp will necessarily be low.
But low cp, doesn´t necessarily entail manifest diseases.

What are your thoughts about this phenomena?

Cheers!

I am not sure if I can embed this video here... The plain URL does not convert to the embedded video.
Best regards, Artour.
